Hey! My name is Sharif. I was born in London and raised in Miami, Florida. I have an adventurous and outgoing personality and a serious passion for working with children. I studied Business Admin at Florida International University but soon after graduating I realized what I really wanted to do was teach the next generation. I have worked in a variety of educational environments such as summer camps, after-school programmes and in the classroom as a Science teacher. I enjoy engaging with my students and challenging them to think outside the box, believe in themselves and unlock their limitless potential. Whether it be in academics, games or relaxation time I always strive to bring a positive and optimistic perspective to life and those around me. I’m excited to be part of the JusB family and hope we will build many pleasant memories together.

Youth Work team
Hello, I'm a freelance fundraiser with over 25 years experience of working with the charity sector. Over 15 years I have helped numerous charities and social enterprises raise £3/4 million+ to sustain their work. I am delighted to be engaged by JusB, as their fundraiser to support their important work. Since establishing my own business, Lillian Brown Consulting, in 2020, I have helped small medium and micro size organisations, amid the uncertain climate, to secure over '£200k and counting,' to continue their important work during difficult times.
