JusB Team







The JusB team has been serving young people since 2003 and we cannot operate without the full support of our staff team, which consists of the following:-
NED
Project Manager
Ned has over 25 years youth work experience in inner and outer London settings. He is qualified in youth work and business management. Ned oversees all staff on a day-to-day basis. There are currently 6 on the staff team, with some freelance workers too.
CATHRYN
Finance and Accounting Manager
Cathryn is our experienced and qualified Accountant (CPFA). Responsible for all financial matters including salaries, payments, accounts, banking, budgets, financial reports to trustees, fundraising figures and returns to the Charities Commission & Companies House.
ANNE
Administrator
Anne is an experienced administrator and for the past 16 years has been the charity's qualified Health and Safety Officer and has CIEH level 2 award in Health and Safety in the Workplace. She is also the lead DBS recruiter and website manager.
TINA
Lead Youth Engagement Worker
Tina leads the Youth Work team and has several years’ experience working closely with children and young people, their families, staff teams and other relevant organisations. Tina is passionate about raising standards and the quality of service provided for users. At Tina's previous position, during the last Ofsted inspection, Tina received Outstanding in all areas. Tina has worked for Southwark After School Service as a Senior Centre Manager for 18 years. Tina is an Assessor in play work: levels 2/3. Tina attended the Reigate School of Art and Design and gained a Diploma in Graphics and Illustration. Tina has trained at The London College of Fashion. Tina has also run her own business designing and constructing woman’s clothing in Westminster.
MAURICE
Sessional Youth Worker
Maurice has many years experience in youth work for many years and has been working for a number of years at JusB mainly at the evening projects and during the summer programme.
DAMIEN
Music Tutor
Damien is our lead music practitioner with years of experience both teaching and in the music industry, He is a producer song writer that has worked with a number of acts both UK and abroad encouraging young people to be creative through sound.
PHILIP
Music Tutor
Philip is an experienced musician who believes in the impact music can have on a community. He works in many capacities as a drummer/percussionist, a singer-songwriter, producer and multi instrumentalist, and educator. He has been involved in many ventures, from touring with signed artists, to composing music for film and tv, to starting up a Record Label in UK prisons and most recently was asked to run the Music Academy at The Roundhouse London.
